Martin is working on an expanding collection of works that are inspired by his own writing and, in some instances by the written work of Hinchcliffe & Hodgson, a collaborative partnership that was formed by Martin with art historian, Andrew Hodgson.

Martin uses found images from popular culture and historical archives and these are combined, manipulated and layered digitally to achieve a tonality and presence that is relevant to the content with which he is involved.
